BB ACS150-03E drives have inbuilt EMS Filter, three phases, frequency 50Hz. This frequency converter series is produced for two voltage ranges: 200 - 240 V, 380 - 480 V.

This type has a lot of build-in features:  control panel, potentiometer, brake chopper, board with an additional protective varnish.

Another benefit of ACS150-03E is simplicity in mounting owing to small sizes and many variants of assembling.

Applications of ACS150 03E:

-Mixers. After the start of drive with a high torque the noiseless control mode enlarges the frequency of switching keys inverter, resulting in reduced the drive noise.  The device of Flashdrop allows carrying out rapid and safe configuration of multiple identical drives for identical mixer applications.

-Conveyors. Lines of production usually consist of a few successive conveyors which need to be efficiently linked to each other to ensure high production output. Drives allow to implement the smooth start and stop of the conveyor, while decreasing mechanical wear and reducing maintenance costs.

-Heat pumps. Heat pumps equipped with the control system and automation, which supports a given mode of operation of the heat pump. Drives allow an user to regulate power of heating or cooling due to adjusting of the productivity of circulation pumps in a primary and secondary circuit loop. AC drives optimizes energy efficiency and smooth system operations.

- Fans. Using a drive to regulate the flow of air, it is possible to implement the economy of electric power depending on the method of mechanical management a stream. The ABB drives have the built-in PID- regulator which optimizes airflow by adjusting the fan speed depending on the magnitude of the task. A miniaturized size and various variants of mounting allow to get the flexible system design.
