The new versatile series from Eltra incremental encoders EMI 30M is easy to use and install with resistance to wear. It’s perfect for electric motors with limited sizes due to miniaturized design with 53 mm ø and thickness less than 24 mm. It has substantial assembling tolerance of practically half a millimeter.

Other advantage of this series is no need to bearings because of advanced non-contact magnetic technology. That allows having no friction, no wear and perfect vibrations resistance.

The temperature range is very wide: from - 20° to +100° C as well as supply range (5 - 30 Vdc).
