VFX 2.0 is series of Emotron universal industrial Drives designed for precision speed control of induction motors. Technology of changing the frequency of the drive in this series is based on direct torque control. It permits to use Emotron VFX 2.0 Drives for high-dynamic mechanisms control.
Combination of direct torque control, soft and precise speed control and efficient vector braking does Emotron VFX 2.0 series the perfect alternative to expensive servo drives and motors that use variable speeds.
The Emotron VFX 2.0 Drives have standard execution with protection class IP54 and power range 0,75 - 132 kW. For powers over 132 kW and IP54 drives by order.
Applications of Emotron VFX 2.0 Industrial Drives:
- mechanisms with constant and large load moment, for example conveyors, elevators, crane equipment, grinders, band saws, centrifuges, mixers, etc.
- mechanisms requiring high precision of speed control or torque (machine tool equipment).
