Siemens Sinamics g120c is a series of very compact basic frequency converters with wide functionality for working in industrial cabinets.
The devices operate in a power range from 0.55 to 132 kW. Siemens releases 7 frame sizes of G120C:
- FSAA (0.55 - 2.2 kW)
- FSA (3 - 4 kW)
- FSB (5.5 -7.5 kW)
- FSC (11 - 18,5 kW)
- FSD(22 - 45 kW)
- FSE (55 kW)
- FSF (75 -132 kW)
Communication in the devices is carried out using the interfaces PROFINET, EtherNet / IP, PROFIBUS, USS / Modbus RTU.

The inverter already has built-in safety features and integrated removable terminals. Drive system is fully integrated with Sinamics software including Startdrive, STARTER, TA-configurator and SIZER programs.
Presented frequency converter is vector-controlled without the use of additional sensors. Device’s functions allow the user to regulate energy consumption and adapt current in the motor to the load mode (ECO –mode).
Siemens Sinamics g120c is a vfd converter that combines high power density in a very compact body. Due to this, the device can perform the tasks of standard size inverters, while occupying a minimum of working space.
