Siemens mag 3100 is a line of universal, fully welded electromagnetic flow meters.
The device has a very robust design with different liners (EPDM, PTFE, PFA etc.) in which extreme measurement electrodes can be mounted. The body and flanges are made of carbon steel (ASTM A105) or AISI 316 L (high quality stainless steel).
Presented series includes models with a wide range of sizes from DN 15 to DN 2000. Also available sensors with different pressure tolerances up to 690 bar are.
Siemens Sitrans FM 3100 series includes the following models:
- MAG 3100 (standard)
- MAG 3100w ( water/wastewater)
- MAG 3100 Ex / Ex-d (with high explosion protection)
- MAG 3110p (for chemical and process industries)
- MAG 3100 ht (high temperature)
Due to Plug & play technologies and software, the devices can quickly mount and get started. Devices are fully adapted for operation with transmitters MAGFLO 5000/6000. Using Unique SensorProm technology they may store all the necessary working information.
In the presented series, 5 materials for electrodes are available: AISI 316 Ti (1.4571), Hastelloy C, Platinum / iridium, Titanium, Tantalum.
