MAGFLO 6000 is a series of high precision transmitters for the magnetic flowmeters Sitrans FM in demanding industrial applications.
Presented device is an important part of the electromagnetic flow meter operation. It works according to the magnetic inductive principle with a pulsating constant field.
Transmitter collects all the data from the measuring sensors and also supplies some system elements. The operation of such converter is provided by built-in microprocessors.
Siemens MAG 6000 is available in three different variations:
- MAG 6000 (standard)
- MAG 6000 I (special industry)
- MAG 6000 I/ex d (explosion proof)
Thanks to specialized models, series units can work even in the harshest conditions. The device has a graphic display with 11 languages and a keyboard for data entry.
Magflo converters support HART, PROFIBUS DA / DP, MODBUS and FOUNDATION FIELDBUS communication protocols. All models are fully certified according to ATEX and NAMUR. The maximum error during operation is 0.25%. Device also has the function of self-diagnosis and recording of detected faults.
MAGFLO 6000 is a line of robust transducers with high accuracy that can be used even in the harshest industrial areas.
