Application area

Simple turning and milling machines with fairly simple requirements for drive technology. This allows the use of stepper motors and the associated advantages of a simple design and at the same time good results in terms of accuracy and reliability of the design. SINUMERIK designed for use with max. 3 analog discs and one analog arbor.

Export/Standard Options

Due to existing export restrictions for CNC scheme software related to certain CNC appointments accordingly to the European/German remove catalog, SINUMERIK 810D, SINUMERIK 840Di are available in two versions.

For SINUMERIK 810D this applies to CCU components with integrated scheme software, for SINUMERIK 840Di this obtains to NCK method software and for SINUMERIK 840D to NCU system software.

The Standard variants SINUMERIK 810D, SINUMERIK 840Di and SINUMERIK 840D offer the full range of CNC functions, but they require an export authorization for lands outside the EU.

The remove variants SINUMERIK 802S, SINUMERIK 802C, SINUMERIK802D, SINUMERIK 810DE, SINUMERIK 840DiE and SINUMERIK 840DE are limited in their functionality accordingly to the remove catalog and therefore do not require special authorization under EU and German laws in their "form".
Depending on the control system or control variant used, a corresponding status is obtained for the entire control system.
