Cylinder Oval Advantages:
1) Innovative size range from 8 to 25 (8 - 10 - 12 - 16 - 20 - 25), with a wide choice of magnetic sensors: reed or solid state.
2) The flat oval design, matching the shape of the piston, prevents the stem from non-rotating (self-guiding).
3) Cylinder dimensions comply with ISO standard. Fixings are identical for round and oval cylinders, in accordance with ISO 6432 (the piston comes automatically with a magnet as standard).

Univer Pneumatic cylinders are devices for linear movement of the working body of machine tools and other mechanisms. Unlike rotary actuators, which have a rather complex design, pneumatic cylinders consist of a hollow sleeve, inside which a rod moves with the help of compressed air, creating a pulling and pushing effect on the mechanisms.

Dampers are used to reduce shock loading at the end of the stroke. With a small impact energy, this role is played by rubber rings. In large cylinders, a system is used to cut off part of the air, followed by a slow outflow through the throttle.

Sometimes, to protect against rotation of the cylinder body, as well as to save installation space, a flat design with a sleeve flattened to an oval shape is used.

Pneumatic cylinders are the final actuating devices of the pneumatic system, allowing you to use the power of compressed air for most of the possible actions on automated production lines.
