Pneumatics is a technology that apply tight air to act various mechanisms. In the industrial sector, it is used in many processes and applications.  Shut-off and regulating pneumatic valves are necessary elements of any pneumatic system and are designed to control the stream of concise air.

What is a Pneumatic Valve?

Standard valve is a small device that is designed to change the direction of movement of the compressed air flow in the overhead lines of a pneumatic drive.  This is special unit for regulating and controlling air.

What is a pneumatic valve used for?

The head question of this species of facilities is to speed up the extrication of permanent air into the atmosphere, around the supply conduit, when the pneumatic topper kernel comes back after operation to its original position. This allows you to significantly increase the speed of passing the full working cycle of the cylinder.

The main functions of ISO valve:

  • Start
  • Stop
  • Regulate the passage of gases.

Where are pneumatic valves used?

Pneumatic actuators are used in metallurgical, gas, oil, oil refining, petrochemical, chemical industries, in utilities, on steam and hot water pipelines.

Univer ISO Valve Types

According to the purpose and method of performing their functions, Univer ISO valves can be separated into the next subtypes:

  1. Quick exhaust valve. The base problem of the furnishing is to quicken the extrication of vestigial air as a result, around the deliver conduit, at the moment when the pneumatic barrel bar returns to its master provision after an emergency. This allows you to observe an increase in the speed of the passage of the full working cycle of the cylinder. Structurally, this type of valve is made in the form of a membrane that works in both directions and pushes the air flow into various outlets, depending on the route of movement of the operating middle.
  2. Sequence pneumatic valve. This kind is destined to be released into the system of the working medium only when a predetermined tension degree is achieved. Such a flap is homing by means of a piston, which is acted upon by compressed air on the one hand and a spring on the other hand.
  3. Logic pneumatic valves. The consequential details of pneumatic toils are detailed to afford entrance of the operating medium to the pneumatic network only if one of a few sources of compressed air is operating. From the point of view of design, valves with distributive mechanisms of membrane, ball and spool types are distinguished.
  4. Time delay valve. The design allows you to change the position of the valve not immediately, but only in some time after the control signal is received. For this purpose, a particular inertial reference is used, which consists of a tank with a throttle valve, which only works as the pressure in this tank increases, where concise air little by little comes in across a little caliber port. Regulation of the detained response time of the valve is carried out by adjusting the flow area or changing the volume of the pneumatic capacity.

Pneumatic valves Univer main series:

  • Series of electrically controlled valves B11-B10-B12, B, A, AB with electric pilots with disc gate scheme and mild press.
  • Standard valve series BE, AE, BD, AC-N with short internal stroke and modular ground.
  • Univer spool valves for big stream paces and for void annexes: series CL-CM, E, F, G6, G7, PS.
  • Plate valves of the series AC, CH, AF, AG, AI, AI/JET, AM.
  • Compact valves with quick return time  (P15 and P10).
  • Auxiliary valves of the series YR, AP, AM, HZ9N, YG-6300.
