ABB M2AA are asynchronous motors of general-purpose, which are available in an aluminum casing and with a squirrel cage closed rotor. Engines have increased energy productivity and operating life of pumps, conveyors, compressors and other equipment. M2AA series motors are used in different applications, in the energy, and utility sectors. Engines have a simple in construction and stable to transient mechanical overloads. The rotation speed at various burdens remains at a stable level. The M2AA are available in a few releases, with flanges and combined. The motors are rated for a supply voltage of 380 V AC at a frequency of 50 Hz. Level of protection of electric motors is IP55.
