The M3AA low-voltage asynchronous 3-phase electric motors are broadly used in industrial apparatus for various purposes. These engines are completed in secure rugged aluminum housing. Such material is quite immune to corrosive formations. M3AA motors can behave 2, 4, and 6 poles. To avoid overloading, protectors are provided that can systematically turn off the engine, with a further restart of the entire system. The rated level of protection is IP55 squirrel gated rotor which give protection against water and dust into the mechanism. The ABB M3AA is used: pumping, crushing, and conveyor equipment, etc.
