ABB M3AA low-voltage asynchronous 3-phase electric engine is widely utilized in industrial apparatus for different purposes. These engines are equipped with a secure body made of high strength aluminum. Such material is quite immune to corrosive formations. M3AA motors can be at 2, 4, and 6 poles. To avoid overloading, the safety catch is provided that can automatically turn off the motor, with a further restarting the entire system. Nominal protection levels are IP55squirrel gated rotor which gives protection against ingress of water and dust into the mechanism. The ABB M3AA is used in such areas of equipment as pumping, crushing and conveyor equipment, etc.
