Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is applicable for auditing the mass flow of large quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, who is located at once in the gas flow, provides a highly response time. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically utilization a norm signal or in the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to outer instrument via an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational control or analysis. Calibration controller type 8626 is fulfilled for two distinct gas types that the user reversal. Both standard analog electrical signals and field buses are approachable as electrical interfaces.
