Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is suitable for oversight the mass flow of large quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is mounted directly in the gas flow, furnish a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically employment a norm signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller.
