Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is applicable for auditing the mass flow rate of huge quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is located straight away in the gas stream, give a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. The set point is entered electronically utilization a norm signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller.
