Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is applicable for controlling the mass flow of large amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is mounted straight away in the gas stream, provides a highly response rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. The set point is concluded electrically applying a standard signal or via the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. As well as, the actual value is transferred to outer devices through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational monitoring or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is executed for two various gas types that the user reversal. As standard analog electrical signals and the field bus are available as electrical interfaces. Payable to its low sensitiveness to pollution and its tall level of protection, the IP 8626 is suitable for use in harsh environments.
