Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is suited for oversight the mass flow of huge volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is mounted at once in the gas stream, furnish a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve.
