Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is suited for oversight the mass flow of huge volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is mounted at once in the gas stream, furnish a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically using a standard signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. In addition, the actual value is communicated to external devices via an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational control or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is performed for two distinct types of gas that the user changeover. As standard analog electrical signals and field buses are approachable as electrical interfaces.
