Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suitable for monitoring the mass flow of huge amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, who is located directly in the gas stream, offer a highly response time. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve.
