Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is suited for auditing the mass flow rate of huge volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, who is situated directly in the gas stream, provides a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electrically using a standard signal or via the Feldbus interface.
