The mass flow controller (MFC) Type 8712 is used to control the mass flow of gas in great volumes. The MEMS temperature probe, installed directly in the gas flood, provides a very high reaction time and response sensitivity. Type 8712 can be graded to two different gases, among which the user can toggle the device. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus. Regulator 8712 can be used in various sphere: burner management systems, heat treatment, covering various materials, and others. This regulator is suited for use in stark operating conditions due to the tall degree of security of the IC.
