Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suitable for controlling the mass flow of large quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, who is installed directly in the gas flow, give a very high reaction time. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a commensurate valve. The set point is concluded electrically using a norm signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller.
