Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is applicable for auditing the mass flow of large quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is located at once in the gas stream, give a highly response rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is concluded electrically using a standard signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value on record by the sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. As well as, the actual value is transferred to external instrument through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for exploitative monitoring or analysis. Calibration controller type 8626 is performed for two distinct types of gas that the client changeover. As electrical standard analog signals and the field bus are available as electrical interfaces. Owing to its low sensitiveness to contamination and a high degree of protection, the IP 8626 is applicable for handling in severe conditions.
