Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is appropriate for controlling the mass flow rate of large amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is mounted directly in the gas stream, give a very high response rate. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electrically employment a standard signal or via the Feldbus interface. The actual value on record sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to outer instrument through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for exploitative control or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is executed for two different gas types that the user reversal. As standard analog electrical signals and the field bus are available as electrical interfaces. Payable to its low sensitivity to defilement and a high degree of protection, the IP 8626 is suitable for use in severe environments.
