The mass flow controller (MFC) Type 8712 is applying to control the mass flow rate of gas in large volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, situated direct in the gas flow, ensure a highly time of reaction and response susceptibility. Type 8712 can be graded for two various gases, among which the user can switch the instrument. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
