Burkert Type 8712 is used to monitoring the mass flow of gas in big volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, installed right in the gas flow, insure a very high reaction time and response sensitivity. Type 8712 can be divided to two divers gases, among which the user can selector the device. Both electrical interfaces there are as standard analog signals, and the field bus. Regulator 8712 can be used in different sphere: burner control systems, heat treatment, coating various materials, etc. This regulator is appropriate for use in tough operating conditions due to the high degree of security of the IC.
