Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is appropriate for oversight the mass flow of large volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is mounted directly in the gas stream, offer a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically applying a norm signal or via the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to foreign devices via an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational monitoring or analysis. Calibration controller type 8626 is fulfilled for two distinct gas types that the client reversal. As electrical standard analog signals and field buses are approachable as electrical interfaces.
