Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suited for monitoring the mass flow of big quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is situated straight away in the gas stream, give a very high reaction time. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is concluded electrically using a standard signal or in the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to external apparatus via an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational monitoring or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is executed for two different gas types that the user reversal. As electrical standard analog signals and the field bus are approachable as electrical interfaces. Owing to its low tenderness to contamination and a high degree of protection, the IP 8626 is suitable for use in severe conditions.
