Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suited for monitoring the mass flow rate of big amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is installed directly in the gas flow, furnish a highly response rate. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve.
