Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is appropriate for controlling the mass flow rate of large quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is located directly in the gas flow, give a highly reaction rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electrically applying a standard signal or via the Feldbus interface. The actual value on record by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. As well as, the actual value is communicated to outer instrument through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational monitoring or analysis.
