Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is suited for auditing the mass flow of bulk amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is situated directly in the gas flow, provides a highly response time. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. The set point is entered electronically applying a standard signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to foreign apparatus via an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational control or analysis. Calibration controller type 8626 is executed for two distinct gas types that the client reversal. Both standard analog electrical signals and field buses are approachable as electrical interfaces. Due to its low sensitiveness to contamination and a tall degree of protection, the IP 8626 is relevant for utilization in severe conditions.
