Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suitable for auditing the mass flow rate of big volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is situated at once in the gas flow, furnish a highly reaction rate. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. The set point is entered electrically using a norm signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value on record sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. As well as, the actual value is transferred to outer apparatus via an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for exploitative monitoring or analysis. Calibration controller type 8626 is performed for two different types of gas that the client switches. As electrical standard analog signals and the field bus are available as electrical interfaces. Owing to its low sensitivity to contamination and a high level of protection, the IP 8626 is appropriate for use in severe conditions.
