The mass flow controller (MFC) Type 8712 is used to monitoring the mass flow of gas in great volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, located directly in the gas stream, provides a highly time of reaction and response susceptibility. Type 8712 can be accurate to two different gases, between which the user can toggle the device. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
