Mass flow controllers Burkert Type 8712 is used to control the mass flow of gas in large volumes. The MEMS temperature probe, positioned directly in the gas flood, give a highly reaction time and response susceptibility. Type 8712 can be graded to two various gases, between which the user can selector the tool. Both electrical interfaces there are as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
