The mass flow controller (MFC) Type 8712 is utilized to check the mass flow of gas in great volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, situated right in the gas flow, give a considerable reaction time and response tenderness. Type 8712 can be accurate to two divers gases, between which the user can toggle the device. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus. Regulator 8712 can be used in various sphere: burner management systems, heat treatment, coating various materials, and others.
