Burkert Type 8712 mass flow controllers is used to control the mass flow rate of gas in great volumes. The MEMS temperature probe, installed direct in the gas flow, insure a very high time of reaction and response sensitivity. Type 8712 can be calibrated for two divers gases, among which the user can switch the instrument. As electrical interfaces there are as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
