Mass Flow Meters are a temperature sensor for determining the mass flow rate of gas compose of a warming element and temperature sensors. They are fitted either in the gas flow and beyond this. A heating element raises the temperature of the gas, and temperature sensors control the quantity of heat removed. The number of heat removed is a yardstick of the factual mass gas flow rate. If we talk about the concept of mass flow, then it means mass, in other words the weight of the flowing milieu. In this case, this is the weight of the gas passing through the appliance for a definite period. The use of Mass Flow Meters is most suitable where high precision and replicability are demanded, in other words during distillation, surface handling or in fuel cell technique.
