Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is opportune for monitoring the mass flow rate of huge amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is mounted at once in the gas flow, provides a very high response rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. The set point is entered electrically using a norm signal or in the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller.
