Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is opportune for monitoring the mass flow rate of huge amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, whoever is mounted at once in the gas flow, provides a very high response rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. The set point is entered electrically using a norm signal or in the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to outer instrument through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational control or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is performed for two distinct gas types that the client switches. Both electrical standard analog signals and field buses are available as electrical interfaces.
