Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suited for controlling the mass flow of big volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is located directly in the gas flow, provides a very high reaction time. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve.
