Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suited for controlling the mass flow of big volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is located directly in the gas flow, provides a very high reaction time. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically using a norm signal or in the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to external devices through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for exploitative control or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is executed for two various types of gas that the client switches. Both electrical standard analog signals and the field bus are available as electrical interfaces. Payable to its low sensitivity to defilement and its tall level of protection, the IP 8626 is suitable for operation in harsh conditions.
