Mass flow controllers Burkert Type 8712 is applying to control the mass flow of gas in great volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, situated direct in the gas flood, insure a very high time of reaction and response sensitivity. Type 8712 can be calibrated for two divers gases, among which the user can switch the tool. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
