Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is applicable for controlling the mass flow of bulk amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, who is located straight away in the gas flow, offer a highly response rate. Flow controllers constitute a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electrically using a standard signal or through the Feldbus interface. The actual value on record sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to external instrument through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational monitoring or analysis.
