Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suited for monitoring the mass flow rate of bulk quantity of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is situated directly in the gas flow, offer a highly reaction rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically using a standard signal or via the Feldbus interface. The actual value recorded by the sensor is compared with a predetermined value in the controller. In addition, the actual value is transferred to outer apparatus through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational control or analysis. Type 8626 regulator calibration is performed for two distinct types of gas that the user reversal. As electrical standard analog signals and field buses are available as electrical interfaces.
