Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a little device by means of which the flow of various gases is regulated. They control the flow to a predetermined value, regardless of disturbance such as pressure rise or short-term changes in flow resistance, for instance, through filter contamination. Controller comprise the following constituents: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a control device. The set point is kit using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deflection. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
