Mass Flow Controller (MFC) Type 8626 is suitable for monitoring the mass flow of huge amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, who is situated directly in the gas stream, offer a very high reaction rate. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve.
