Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that control the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow rate regardless of obstruction including pressure drops or provisional flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Due to the fact that the resistances are disposed at once in the channel, the apparatus have excellent dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
