Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are succinct devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow rate irrespective of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or provisional flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are located directly in the channel, the instrument have splendid dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
