Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate oblivious of interference for example drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode.
