Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct devices that control the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate oblivious of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are disposed straight away in the channel, the instrument have excellent dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
