Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow velocity oblivious of obstruction including drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of thefluid. Owing to the reality that the resistances are situated straight away in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
