Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact arrangement by means of which the flow of sundry gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of hindrance such as pressure escalation or interim changes in flow resistance, for instance, due to filter contamination. Regulators consist of the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a control apparatus. The desired value is set using a unified signal or across one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value changes in conformity with the set control deviation. The thermal dimension principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
