Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow rate irrespective of interference such as drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain an expressly defined excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are disposed directly in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not polluted.
